Suke Quto is Caffeine Control's first Swiss Water decaffeinated coffee, and a standout organic coffee from Ethiopian producer Tesfaye Bekele.

Bekele’s farm inhabits the Odo Shakisso district, at high altitudes from 1800 meters and up, in lush volcanic soil, enriched by thoughtful organic composting. Water used at the mill is stored in specially created lagoons to cleanly manage wastewater, and Bekele is committed to larger efforts that give back to the community, such as the construction of a new school building in the next village.

The coffee was decaffeinated be Swiss Water in Vancouver, Canada using their proprietary green coffee extract method. The end result is a fruity, clean Ethiopian profile with a sweet finish.

Look for flavours or Blackberry Jam, Cola, and Mango. It is sweet and smooth, and particularly roasted for filter (although it's bright and intense as espresso!)
