ROASTING SCHEDULE:

Blackboard Coffee roasts its limited release coffees once per month. This coffee is roasted on 5 May. All orders before the roast date will be placed on the pre-order list and shipped after roasting. All orders placed after the roast date will be shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders received after Thursday afternoon will be added to the following week's run. Any orders received after the allocation is exhausted will go onto the pre-order list for the next month's release.

For the geeks: Finca Quebradita is owned by Edison Argote and Luz Angela in Colombia's mountainous Oporapa region of Huila department. This particular lot is a blend of Sidra and Bourbon varietals grown at 1600-1850 MASL, and has been processed using a washed anaerobic thermal shock process. The combination of varietals, local terroir, and unconventional processing gives this coffee it's intense tropical profile and layered complexity.
