The team at Extraction named their house blend Gratitude because wanted to show their appreciation for all of the support they received from their local community. Namesake aside, this simple but effective all-round drinker is a delicious, approachable specialty blend that has the locals and guests from far and wide coming back for more. We recommend this coffee be enjoyed with milk or as a lighter tasting black coffee. 

Tastes like: Almond, caramel, and milk chocolate with a honey sweetness.

ROASTING SCHEDULE:
Extraction roasts on Wednesdays and ships on Thursdays. Orders received after Monday may be added to the following week's run.
