This is coffee from Sucafinas Lallisa project. Its aim is to help small holder farmers export their coffee themselves and increase their share of the export price from 40% to 95%.

Tarekech Werasa is one of the few female producers around.  She started her farm in 1990 and only produces 80 bags of coffee on her small farm on the outskirts of Gedeb Villiage in Yirgacheffe district. She is commited to quality and hopes to one day be able to sell all her coffee via direct trade.

The coffee is grown above 2000m and is dried on raised african beds on the farm.
