Roasted by the folks at Paradox, this delicious little number is everything we adore about Colombian coffees: clean, flavourful and elegant. For the geeks: This fully washed Tabi varietal is grown at 1750 MASL and undergoes a unique processing method. Harvested at a semi-ripe stage to avoid intense fermentation flavours, the cherries experience two stages of fermentation: oxidation and thermal shock, where they are subjected to alternating hot and cold water. The result is a balanced, fruity and clean cup.
