A third generation producer and master processor, Jhoan and his brothers have spent more than 30 years combining traditional growing practices with innovative processing techniques. Ombligon is a rare variety gaining recognition through its use in World Barista Championship coffees. It delivers vibrant notes of cherry, guava, pomegranate and watermelon. A meticulous multi-stage fermentation process enhances the coffee's flavour intensity and aromatic clarity.
