Grown at around 1200 MASL, this lot is handpicked at peak ripeness before undergoing a controlled, temperature stable fermentation that enhances clarity, sweetness, and complexity. The coffee is then slowly dried on African beds, promoting even development and a clean, expressive profile. The result is a vibrant coffee with notes of bright strawberry, golden sultana, and rich toffee, finishing smooth with a lingering sweetness.
