ROASTING SCHEDULE:
Blackboard Coffee roasts its limited release coffees once per month. This coffee is roasted on 5 May. All orders before the roast date will be placed on the pre-order list and shipped after roasting. All orders placed after the roast date will be shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders received after Thursday afternoon will be added to the following week's run. Any orders received after the allocation is exhausted will go onto the pre-order list for the next month's release.

Vinhal Farm is all about quality and sustainability. These cherries are carefully selected and undergo dry anaerobic fermentation for up to 158 hours before being flushed to stop the fermentation generating a process called thermal shock. They’re then slowly dried on patio for 16 to 21 days.
