One of Brisbane’s OG specialty coffee players, Wolff’s Rost Haus is located in leafy Hendra. Owners Peter and Penny, founded Wolff Coffee Roasters back in 2010 and are also the folks behind another Brisbane coffee institution, Dandelion and Driftwood.
The Wolff Pack as it’s affectionately known boast some serious talent, with competitive baristas, latte artists, and competition judges among its current and former members. Both Peter and Penny are former competitors themselves, which really sets the tone for their drive for quality.
