Head Roaster, Liam says that Extraction is community driven in all aspects and seeks to reach out to humanity by always giving back to those who support them. When describing his roasting style, Liam tells us it’s dynamic and always changing to reflect the coffee’s inherent character. We can also happily report that Liam recently took out 5th place in the Australian Coffee Roaster’s Championships, which gives him and Extraction some serious extra street cred!
