A hidden gem from Myrtleford in Victoria's stunning Alpine Valleys region, Coffee Chakra is one of those places that's a closely guarded secret among locals and beloved by visitors in the know.
Chakra is a family-owned micro-roastery run by multicultural husband and wife team, Vivek and Leonie, and assisted by their daughter. They're also responsible for opening a cracking curry café on the main drag, and proudly produce the region's only locally made "Delhi style" chai, which is seriously delicious in our opinion.
Next time you find yourself passing through Myrtleford on your way to Mt Hotham or Falls Creek, or one of the region's many other destinations, be sure to swing by Coffee Chakra for a coffee pit stop.
