Grown in cool mountain conditions, it reflects the elegance of Peru’s high-altitude terroir, enhanced by careful cultivation and refined processing. Coffee cherries are hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and undergo extended fermentation and a fully washed process, followed by slow drying on raised beds to preserve clarity and sweetness.
